Julie Savage is a quirky fine art photographer.  After living 15 years on Kwajalein, RMI she moved to Madison, AL with her family.  Julie is a Certified Professional Photographer (CPP), Master Artist, Master Photographer, and Photographic Craftsman through the Professional Photographers of America.
